FACILITIES
Bosnar Engineering owns a purpose built factory and fabrication shop on a 11700 sqm block with approximately 4000m² undercover including two storey office space of 400m2 and workshop of 3500m², comprising of three bays each with 10 tonne overhead gantry cranes with 7.5m under hook, 20 tonne overhead gantry crane and 500m2 of warehouse space.

Bosnar Engineering has the ability to take on any job no matter how big or small. Some of our equipment comprises of:
Milling
- Manual – 4 machines with ranges up to 1500 x 500mm x 800mm high
- CNC Vertical machine centres with ranges up to 800x400x500mm high
- Double pallet horizontal machine centres with ranges up to 1025x800x750mm high
- 5 Axis Machining Centre with ranges up to 1400x710x610mm
- Double column machining centres with ranges up to 5000 x 2800 x 1950mm
- Bedmill – 1 machine with range of 8000 x 1000x 1000
Turning
- Manual – 8 machines up to 1150mm swing 4300mm between centres
- CNC – 8 machines – 2 axis up to 5 axis ranging up to 1000mm swing, 3000mm between centres
- Integrex 60 – 915mm turning with 4220mm between centres
- Vertical Lathe – 5 machines with ranges up to 4200mm diameter and 2000mm high
General
- Horizontal Borer – 2 machines with ranges up to 3000mm travel, 2000mm x 2500mm high
- Surface Grinding up to 1200 x 500 x 500mm
- 180T Hydraulic Press
- Slotting up to 500mm stroke, 800mm rotary table
- Hydraulic Roller (Plate bending machine) 1200mm with 36-450mm diameter
