CMM Inspection

Critical dimensions, final inspections, reports not as accurate as you thought?

Bosnar Engineering know how important inspection reports on completed machined parts are and have expanded their services and machinery.

We have added to our company a Coordinate Measuring Machine and a temperature controlled inspection room.

Already utilising Faro’s, the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) allows us to offer another element to our business. Customer’s can request inspection services as a standalone process.

The CMM allows us to measure the physical geometrical characteristics of any object.

The measuring scope itself is 3m long, 1.4m high and 1m wide and we have positioned this so that our 10T and 20T overhead cranes can utilise the area and assist with customers larger needs.

This service is available to all customers new and existing, even if Bosnar Engineering have not provided the machining work.
